Radio star Robin Bailey has agreed to a $1.6 million contract in Brisbane, securing a whopping $450,000 in profit.
After a long wait for a buyer last year, the KIIS 97.3FM host has finally agreed to a $1.6 million deal for his Fig Tree Pocket waterfront home, the latest update reveals.
She put the five-bedroom, four-bathroom, triple-garage home on the market last March, pulled it in July, then changed agents and relisted it in October.

The house served as a new start for her family after the death of her first husband, Tony Smart, and Ms Bailey paid $1.15 million for the property in March 2015, which will be completed in November 2023. That was $450,000 less than what it sold for in January.
The family saw the property's backyard flooded after a “heavy rain event” in 2022, and Ms Bailey's eldest son's workplace was used to transform the area early last year before it was put up for sale. I cooperated.
