It has been revealed that the most expensive streets in the Cairns region had the highest sales, with all of the top 10 areas having a median price of more than $1 million.
Topping the list was Solander Boulevard in Port Douglas, with a median street price of $1.775 million, according to Ray White Group analysis.
The five-bedroom home on the 827-square-metre block sold for $3.05 million in May 2021 and holds a street record.

Its closest rival is a three-bedroom Asian-style pavilion house that sold in July 2021 for $2.5 million.
Second place goes to Falcon Street in Bayview Heights.
While the suburb itself has a modest median home price of $635,000, public records show home prices on Falcon Street are on the rise.
A seven-bedroom house on 2,362 square meters of land sold for $2.79 million in February last year, while a four-bedroom house on 1.12 hectares sold for $2.5 million in June last year.

Trinity Park's Marina Quay came in third with a median street value of $1.5 million.
Situated in the exclusive Bluewater Estate, the best-selling property on the street is a luxurious five-bedroom mansion on a 600 square meter plot that sold for $2.7 million in May last year.

In fourth place is Bellmere Lane in Redlynch, with a median street price of $1.479 million.
The highest price on record was a six-bedroom house on a 2,001 square meter plot that sold for $1,775,000 in June last year.
This was followed by a 2001sq m block with 6 bedrooms, which sold for $1.7 million in September 2022.
Rounding out the top five most expensive streets is Stevens Street in Clifton Beach, with a median road price of $1.475 million.
The highest sale price was recorded there last February, when a four-bedroom home sold for $1.55 million.

13-15 Stevens Street, Clifton Beach, sold for $1.55 million
The next item to attract attention was a five-bedroom house on an 8,612 square meter lot, which sold in April 2022 for $1.5 million.
