Virgin Australia chief executive Jane Hrdlicka has sold her Hawthorn mansion for an eight-figure sum more than a year after putting it on the market.
A circa-1886 home called Crossakiel at 26 Kooyongkoot Rd was listed with an asking price range of $17 million to $18 million.
Robert Fletcher of Forbes Global Properties declined to comment on the sale price, but industry sources said it was in the vicinity of $17 million.

Chris Tarrant and wife Lauren put down almost $10 million on two Toorak homes.
Ms Hrdlicka, who is also CEO of Tennis Australia, originally put her home on the market in May last year with a price guide of $18 million to $19 million, but property records show it was sold within 132 days. could not be sold.
The property was withdrawn from sale while Hrdlicka's husband, Jason Godin, was diagnosed with cancer in 2019 and continues to battle the disease. Unfortunately, he passed away in May.

Crosakiel relisted earlier this year in partnership with buyer advocacy group James By Sell, with Robert Fletcher of Forbes Global Properties as its new agent.
Fletcher declined to comment on the price, but said the property, which includes a tennis court and pool, was attracting inquiries from local, interstate and international buyers, especially those based in the United States.
“The interested parties understand that this is a very special home in the Scotch Hill area of Hawthorn, so a good level of inspection is required,” Mr Fletcher said.

The 2,097-square-metre Victorian-era pad features a billiards room, an underground wine cellar and tasting room, a formal living room, a home office, and a marble fireplace.
Mosaic verandahs, arched reception halls and leaded windows remind you of its history.
Upstairs, the main bedroom suite features a designer fireplace and balcony.
Hrdlicka bought Crossachiel in 2016 for $13.3 million, according to public records.
