The National Tourism Debate Competition is a joint initiative led by the Ministry of Education, Youth, Sports and Social Services in collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism, with significant support from the Turks and Caicos Islands Hotel and Tourism Association and the Turks and Caicos Islands Association. The first round was co-chaired by Deputy Director of Education Mark Garland and Tourism Policy and Planning Manager Brian Bean.
