In his new role, Heddon will be responsible for maximizing revenue and providing strategic direction and leadership to the local sales team.
He has extensive experience in the media industry, most recently serving as Sales Director for Victoria and New South Wales at MiQ. He previously worked at Spark Foundry as Digital Director in Melbourne.

This comes after a study conducted by Channel Factory in collaboration with Playground xyz found that contextual ads attract 28% more attention.
Analysis revealed that Channel Factory's contextual targeting solution outperformed industry benchmarks, increasing attention to skippable ads by nearly 70%. Both non-skippable and skippable ad formats performed consistently well, outperforming benchmarks by 97% and 95%, respectively.
