As you enter the property through the driveway on Walls Creek Road East, you can't see the house until you're right next door.
There is also a lawn on the roof to perfectly camouflage the residence, and owners can also mow the roof themselves.
LJ Hooker Warden principal Jane Macken said it was “the most amazing property” she had ever seen in her 26 years in the real estate industry.

Great views from Earth House.
“Whether you're in bed, in the shower, or in the lounge, you'll have perfect views of the hills and river.”
With 500 meters of river frontage, this property is ideal for a rural retreat away from the city.
“The owners love living here and hope the next family will love it as well,” Ms Macken said.
Local wood is used in the construction of the walls of the house, with paintings of trees resembling mountain landscapes.
Sliding barn-style doors and kitchen walls feature artwork made from local wood.
The view from the toilet is amazing…
The pebbles on the walls and floor recreate the curve of the river.
Similarly, using pebbles as bathroom tiles creates a backsplash that mimics a meandering river.
The living area has polished concrete floors and the word 'Goobarragandra' spelled out.
When this home was featured on Grand Designs Australia, owners Trevor and Janet Robinson spoke to Grand Designs Australia about their favorite design elements of the home.
Robinson said her favorite part of the house is the fake fireplace.
“You still have the impression of a fire, but you don’t have to transport wood anymore and it’s more environmentally friendly,” he said.
One of Robinson's favorite features was the cement pillar next to the fireplace.
“It captures the roughness of the house and I love the texture,” she said.

Natural elements are incorporated into every part of the home design.
Both bedrooms are master suites with their own private bathrooms.
Mr Macken said there was already a flurry of inquiries ahead of the first inspection on Sunday. She said the property was “the epitome of a rural escape.”
“It's perfect for couples and retirees who want a beautiful getaway from the city,” Macken says.
In addition to the two-bedroom main residence, the property also has a separate fully equipped studio.
A new 100-year-old corrugated iron shed is also under construction and will be completed for the new owners to enjoy. The property is scheduled for sale on February 17th by LJ Hooker, along with Warden Jane Macken and Andy Greenberger.
