Dolal Mohamed Mohamud, Managing Director of Garissa Water and Sewerage Company, has been arrested on suspicion of falsifying his educational background. Mohamud was arrested by Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) officials on Thursday afternoon. According to anti-corruption authorities, Mohamud is suspected of forging Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) certificates to secure university admission. Commission spokesperson Eric Ngunbi confirmed the arrest and said the suspect had obtained a grade D at KCSE but had forged a certificate showing he had obtained a grade C+.
