A dilapidated deceased estate in Brisbane has been sold for $1.45 million, despite the existing home being “uninhabitable”.
But the property at 49 Dayton Road in Dutton Park is not the first flashy property to go on sale on the same street.

Now, another Dayton Road dump may soon be ready for a much-needed makeover, with 49 Dayton Road set to go up for sale on November 10th.
