Carrie Bickmore has sold her Byron Bay property.
Media star Carrie Bickmore made a whopping $1.3 million resale profit on the Byron Bay cottage she owned for five years.
The former Channel 10 The Project presenter sold his Byron Bay seaside home this week for $4.3 million, after purchasing the property for $3 million in January 2018, according to property records.

Bickmore spent about $100,000 making small improvements to the house, including a pool deck and spa.
The radio host listed her home in mid-November, shortly after announcing her separation from husband Chris Walker.
The price guide for this property was originally $4.7 million.
The Massinger St home is located in the heart of Byron Bay, just minutes from the beach and popular local cafes.
Bickmore added a pool deck and spa to the property, which cost about $100,000.
