Buddy perfume factory fire: Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhbinder Singh Sukhbinder expressed condolences over the deaths of five people who died in a fire at a perfume factory in Baddi in Solan district the previous day.
The Chief Minister was scheduled to visit Baddi, where the incident took place. However, he had to cancel due to bad weather.
The number of injured has reached 31, and nine are missing.
It was announced that five people, including one woman, were killed in the fire that broke out on Friday night. The National Disaster Response Force today discovered four bodies during a search for missing persons.

Deputy Commissioner Solan Manmohan Sharma confirmed the death toll. The fire has been extinguished.
He also said the deceased woman was identified as Pinki, who was believed to have jumped from the building to escape the factory fire.
“He directed the district administration to investigate this incident and provide all possible assistance to the affected families,” the school district said in a statement.
“He also wished the injured a speedy recovery,” the statement said.
