Owners Keri Lee Paterson and Sean Ross, who run real estate photography and videography company Felt Imagery, are the brains behind 82 Calambra Road, which is currently up for sale.

The couple bought the property in 2019 and have since converted it into their own suburban oasis, complete with a fully-equipped pool house.
“We were lucky enough to buy a house with a pool that was already filled with beautiful palm trees, so the rest of the house was built around that to feature it,” says Patterson. said.
“We were very inspired by the layout of the house and the different levels around the pool.”
“When we first saw it, we knew it had so much potential.”

Patterson said he had a clear vision for the property from the beginning.
“As real estate photographers, we see a lot of beautiful homes and drew inspiration from the many properties we have photographed over the years,” she said.
“We wanted to keep everything light and natural, but also very neutral so you could add furniture and pops of color to make the space your own.
“The house now has a very beautiful and airy feel.
“It really feels like a little oasis.”

The free-standing pool house, known as the Hilly Pool House, has a kitchenette, courtyard, and sleeping quarters, and provides a source of income for families by renting it out for short vacations.
“The pool house was a vision we had from very early on. We wanted to renovate an old garage to look out onto the pool, and we hoped to generate additional income to help with the renovation. ” she said. Patterson said.
“The benefit of operating as an Airbnb is that you can fully enjoy your home among your guests and allow others to enjoy the space as well.”
The theater is a favorite place for families.
But what will impress families the most is the home theater, complete with fiber-optic star ceiling, minibar refrigerator, and recliner.
“I'd like to say the pool is our favorite part, but honestly, it's a mini-theater,” Patterson said.
“Although originally conceived as a small home for children, Sean came up with the idea of building the world's smallest theater, and it has now become a favorite hangout for the entire family.
“I like that it makes me feel like I’m somewhere else because I’m away from home.”

Although the couple has enjoyed their time at Hilly House, they have decided to sell it to focus on other projects.
“While we are sad to be leaving home, we feel it is a good time to move on and start another project in a new location and let others enjoy what we have created,” Patterson said. said.
