“We always want to be a home where they invite their friends,” Roberts said.
“I sleep better at night knowing they’re under my roof instead of out.
“I'd rather have a party here than go to a party. That's definitely been in the back of my mind every step of the way in this build.”

“The oversized room in the back can be used as a billiards room, games room or media room with stacker doors leading to the outside. Things like this make a big difference for young people who like to party.”

Roberts had experience with many full-scale production projects and considered the 55 Rapallo project to be the culmination of all his learnings.
“We've used a lot of the knowledge we've gained to really put in some special features here that the next owner will really appreciate,” she said. Ta.
