Hyde Park's new dessert shop is celebrating its grand opening this weekend.
Peach Cobbler Factory, the dessert shop chain best known for its Southern-style desserts, is opening a new franchise location at Hyde Park Station on Edwards Road. Co-owners Keith Noel and his daughters Hal Noel Gasweiler and Carly Noel also own the Anderson Township store, which just opened in November.
“We are very pleased with the community support of our first store in Anderson Town Center and are excited to bring our premium desserts to Hyde Park and the surrounding area. “This is the next step in building several Peach Cobbler Factory locations throughout the region,” Keith Noel said in a press release.
Peach Cobbler Factory offers 12 types of cobbler, as well as dessert flights, banana pudding, cookies, shakes, brownies, cinnamon rolls, churros and Belgian waffles.
“We provide a respite from a busy and stressful world. We believe people have the right to treat themselves with our delicious desserts.” Halle Noel Gasweiler added.

Peach Cobbler Factory – Hyde Park
The store will hold a soft opening Wednesday and a grand opening celebration on Saturday, Jan. 27 from noon to 5 p.m. Visitors can expect activities for children. In addition to the mascot Mr. Peachy, Fu Day and Mr. Redlegs also appear. Magician from noon to 2:30 p.m.Face painting from 2:30 to 5 p.m.
The Hyde Park Peach Cobbler Factory is open daily from noon to 10 p.m. Third-party delivery options are available until midnight or 1 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays for late-night fun.
The team said it plans two more stores in Cincinnati and the Northern Kentucky area.
