Buyers are being asked to pay between $3.995 million and $4.394 million for Toowoon Beach House, located in a small enclave of Toowoon Bay near The Entrance.
The contemporary beach house, priced at $1,400 a night, is now open for reservations in 2020. The serial innovators appeared on the Channel 9 reality show's eighth season of 'Fans vs Favorites' in 2012, coming in second place behind Melbourne couple Chantelle Ford and Steve-O. Donnell, earned $567,250.

They filmed the entire renovation of an old brick house into a five-bedroom, two-bathroom home. The first floor has a lounge and rumpus space, while the first floor has the main kitchen, living and dining areas. The property sleeps 16 people with a further two bedrooms in a separate rear studio in the Toowoon Bay Road block (675sqm), 100m from the beach.

Kyal and Kara appear in the marketing and tour the beach house. There are two outdoor showers, an outdoor deck, an outdoor BBQ area and storage space for the kids. This sale comes with an approved pool plan.
Local DeJones agents Craig Fisher and Julian Galasso are promoting it as a blissful dual-coast oasis through an expressions of interest campaign that ends on January 15.
In Toowoon Bay, a small suburb near The Entrance, only four properties have sold for more than $4 million. The Toowoon Bay record was set in late 2021 when a beachfront property built in 2005 with five bedrooms and a pool sold for $9 million.
Kayal and Kala, who have two children, own a house known as Blue Lagoon House that they bought in 2014 in Bateau Bay, about 3 kilometers away. They've almost completed a brand new duplex nearby and are discussing possibilities for their next home. Adventure is just around the corner.
This is no surprise, as Kyal and Kara have completed over 35 renovation projects.
