press release | January 29, 2024
Beta has announced a complete line of Evo Factory trials bikes, an upgraded version of the standard Evo model. These upgrades include new machined triple clamps, higher quality brakes, and different coloring in certain areas.

The new Evo Factory 2024 models are also equipped for the first time with a new Beta electronic key with anti-theft functionality.
There are four Evo Factory models: 125cc ($8199), 200cc ($8599), 250cc ($8799), 300cc ($8999), and 300 Four-Stroke ($9490).
All models will be available in March.
Here are more details from the beta press release:
The EVO Factory model represents Beta's racing EVOlution of trials bikes and, as always, will be launched on the market in February, just before the start of the racing season, ready to compete at the highest level.
The performance and ride quality of the EVO factory model is evident in the results of those who have competed with it. George Hemingway's World Championship (TR3 125), the great results of Matteo Grattarola (Trials GP) and Andrea Sofia Labino (GP Women), and their respective victories in the National Championships won riding EVO factory bikes.
For the 2024 model year, several updates have been made to improve the motorcycle while maintaining its racing pedigree.
engine
The differences between the engines installed in the factory version and the standard version are as follows:
2 stroke
» Magnesium crankcase with black finish: Featuring a particularly eye-catching design, this component delivers a weight reduction of 3 pounds, further maximizing the bike's agility.
» Trimmed clutch disc: Created specifically to maximize clutch precision and control in every conceivable situation, allowing you to easily manage the most extreme repetitive motions even at high revs, such as large obstacles or rear wheel hops . This ensures extremely high accuracy at all times.
» Black anodized engine oil plug.
» Titanium exhaust: On 250/300 models, this results in a weight reduction of over 1.25 pounds, and the larger internal diameter improves performance at medium and high engine speeds.
The EVO Factory 125's exhaust is again made of titanium and its internal structure makes it stand out from the exhausts of larger engine sizes, with the first conical section (on the cylinder side) providing increased torque and acceleration at low RPM.
Similar to the standard 2024 EVO model, the recently introduced new crankshaft and connecting rods have reduced crankcase volume on the 250 and 300 two-stroke models. Updated pistons complete a new package that provides even more refined power delivery.
The EVO Factory model has a higher performance engine than the standard EVO model. Reduced crankcase weight, titanium headers, and alternating mass reduction make the bike easier to handle, and the engine has improved performance and rideability, reaching another level of power and responsiveness. Handling is best in class, with minimal vibration.
4 stroke
The four-stroke factory version also benefits from a series of upgrades over the standard EVO version. The electronic control unit's power rating is increased, leading to improved ignition stability and combustion at all engine speeds. For more power, the EVO Factory 4-stroke is also equipped with a lightweight, high-performance titanium silencer.

frame and suspension
In terms of frame and design, the new Evo Factory model differs from the standard version in the following ways:
» Gold front fork: The 2024 Evo Factory has been confirmed to feature gold forks, giving the model both aesthetic and functional benefits. The gold color is a result of the TiN treatment, which allows for a smoother sliding of the fork. Its hydraulic management is entrusted to a recently introduced internal damping system. Continuous refinement of the settings ensures a suspension package that ranks at the top of the trials bike field thanks to its combination with the monoshock with optimized spring guide geometry (with red springs).
» Progressive linkage: The rear suspension linkage configuration is more progressive, ensuring greater traction and providing superior feel to the rider. This makes wheelies easier and makes it easier to get over large obstacles.
» New triple clamp: Machined from billet with a blue anodized finish, it is stiff and lightweight (approximately 100 g lighter than the standard model) and also features a fore-and-aft adjustable handlebar bracket to help riders find their ideal position. . The new colors introduced for the 2024 model year also give the bike an uncompromising look.
» Black anodized chain adjusters, handlebar end plugs, and footpegs: The footpegs are durable and lightweight components, with non-slip steel pins ensuring maximum grip.
» Version-specific radiator hoses Made of red silicone: Offering improved cooling performance, these components also give the bike a thoroughbred racing look.
» Galfer racing brake disc: These discs provide maximum stopping power and are extremely lightweight, helping to reduce unsprung weight and maximizing the bike's ease of riding.
» BrakTec brake and clutch master cylinder.
» rear brake caliper Comes with pad anti-vibration system.
» New blue anodized Morad wheels
» Michelin X light tires: A leader in its field in terms of weight, performance and grip in all conditions.
» New graphics: Red and blue have always been the colors used for Beta's race-ready models, and this new EVO factory doesn't disappoint. The Beta Red of the plastic parts and decals is perfectly combined with the Ergal Blue details and elegant new components. The model's appearance is further enhanced by new matte gloss graphics with matte red parts and glossy blue and white contrast.

2024 EVO Factory 300 4 Stroke
The new Evo Factory 2024 models are also equipped with the new Beta electronic key for the first time.
» Electronic key: The traditional “kill switch” has been replaced with Beta Motor's new patented electronic key. This is a magnetic lanyard type kill switch that provides both anti-theft functionality and protection for the bike and driver, for which Betamotor has an exclusive European patent (EP3064405B1). The key, like the device it replaces, is a two-part component. One part remains fixed to the bike's handlebars, while the other part is magnetic (attached by the rider by wrapping a cord around his wrist), and the mechanism is attached in the event of an accident. is activated. Disconnected. However, it differs in that the unique coding that links the two parts provides anti-theft functionality.
» Anti-theft function: The key, thanks to the coding linked to the bike's ignition, prevents the engine from starting when not connected and prevents the bike from being stolen when left unattended.
» Passive safety for bike and rider: It works in the same way as a traditional “kill switch”, with magnetic contacts connected to the rider's wrist and the bike powered off when the bike's handlebars are removed.
A single solution, exclusively patented by Beta, provides greater protection for bike and rider.
