Becketts Foods has secured permission from the city council to build a 1,200 sq ft (111.5 sq m) warehouse and distribution hub in Coventry.
The plan will also expand the production area of Alderman's Green Industrial Park.
A council report said around £40,500 would be paid to offset biodiversity loss due to the development.
Becketts Foods, a subsidiary of CPC and part of German meat company Tönnies Group, has been based at its Henley site for 20 years.
The company's development came amidst the “market success” of its products and a rapid increase in the number of employees in the city.
A planning statement on behalf of the company said it currently employs 333 people on site and plans to add more apprenticeship programs, including hiring from the local area.
A council staff report on the plans said the impact on nearby residents would be “minimal” and the plans would benefit businesses and the local economy.
