11th Innovation Leader Aims to Improve Customer Experience for Millions of Americans
Washington — The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) has announced its 2023 Presidential Innovation Fellows (PIF) members. Now in its 11th year, his PIF program continues to attract a wide range of unique talent that benefits the people the federal government serves.
Today, 20 private sector technology and innovation leaders begin a one-year citizen service experience at 13 federal agencies to help government work by modernizing citizen engagement efforts and strengthening service delivery to the public. This contributes to the optimization of

Fellows, known as PIFs, join GSA from industries such as information technology, public services, digital strategy, and financial technology. This year's cohort comes from sectors such as technology, healthcare, and financial services.
The PIF acts as a strategic senior advisor with direct access to the leaders of decision-making bodies. Their subject matter expertise is combined with the institutional knowledge of government civil servants to co-create lasting human-centered design solutions that have a large-scale impact in supporting people seeking government services. The goal is to.
PIFs contribute to both new and existing projects during their employment. Examples of this year's projects include advancing AI research, supporting technology for the military, improving customer experience, and using his UX techniques to improve healthcare.

The Presidential Innovation Fellows, part of Technology Transformation Services (TTS), are highly competitive fellowships. We are a champion of innovation, combining a diverse range of talented engineers and innovators with top civil servants and change makers working at the highest levels of the federal government.
