Jamin Jolliffe has put his Varsity Lakes home on the market.
NRL player Jamin Jolliffe and his fiancée Tia Davey have put their Gold Coast property up for sale a month after welcoming baby girl Charlotte.
The Gold Coast Titans prop and his partner bought the three-bedroom duplex in 2021, not long after the former Rookie of the Year started playing first grade.
The Varsity Lakes home is being marketed through an expression of interest campaign with Ben Williams of Remax.
Williams said offers over $999,000 are encouraged.
This property is located in a popular area of Gold Coast.
“It’s in a nice spot at Varsity Lakes on a cul-de-sac near Flascot Park,” he said.
Mr Jolliffe said he and Davey had modernized the premises after moving and were now looking to expand within the local area.

“We updated the boundary fence and replaced it with Colorbond. We reroofed it, installed an electric garage, painted the whole house, replaced the gutters in both showers and installed a stainless steel shower screen.” he said.
The couple had considered renting, but decided to sell in response to strong demand for similar properties in the suburbs.
This home has a modern outdoor entertainment area.
“Thornley has always been an investment for us, never a forever home,” Ms Jolliffe said. “We're confident we'll get a really good price. Now that our family has grown a bit, we're planning on expanding into a bigger, nicer home.”
“We're looking at Varsity, Robina, Burley Waters…We want to stay in this area. We love it here.”
Mr Williams said the campaign has received strong interest so far.
“We've already had a lot of inquiries, lots of inquiries from interstate and local buyers. From first-time homebuyers as well as downsizers who are happy to move from a larger family home to a duplex. There's also a lot of interest,” Williams said.

The duplex, the couple's first home on the Gold Coast, has already seen many happy moments, including the moment Jolliffe found out she was pregnant with Davey.
“I was out for a football game and when I came back she showed me about four positive pregnancy tests,” he said. “She brought Babs home from the hospital for the first time and it was amazing too.”
He said the property's proximity to Burleigh Beach and suburban community feel were among his favorite features.
The house is bright and modern.
It is attracting interest from first-time home buyers and downsizers.
“It’s a really peaceful and friendly area,” he said.
Jolliffe re-signed with the Titans in June and will be under contract with the Titans until at least the end of the 2026 season.
The former Rookie of the Year has cemented his place in the Coast's top 17 since joining on a training and trial deal three years ago.
Jolliffe said her best memory was bringing her baby daughter home.
Despite missing his season due to injury, he was touted as a key member of the team and returned to training two weeks after the birth of his daughter.
Records show the property last traded in 2021 for $720,000.
