Alec Baldwin is taking a huge hit with the sale of his luxury home in the Hamptons.
The star actor sold his seven-bed, 7.5-bathroom home on 10 acres for an eye-watering $10 million when he first put it on the market in 2022. It was relisted for a reduced price ($1,000,000). .
Baldwin even created a video about the property featuring himself to help people sell their homes.
This home is located on a large 10 acre lot.
The home at 335 Town Line in Amagansett, New York, has been relisted for a sale price of $19 million, according to the New York Post. This is a significant drop from the $29 million list price the home was last listed for sale in September 2022.
The latest property information is accompanied by a two-minute video starring Baldwin introducing the property. In the video, they can be seen strolling along a nearby beach and exploring their expansive 10-acre property.

The Amityville native acquired the property in 1995 for just $1.7 million and has expanded significantly over the years.
After two additions over the past 30 years, the main home now measures an impressive 10,000 square feet.
In addition, the property has been approved for the construction of a separate 10,000 square foot home in addition to the potential expansion of the existing four-bedroom, seven-bathroom home.

Baldwin initially set a high bar for the listing price of $29 million. However, recognizing the evolving market dynamics, he made strategic price adjustments, first lowering it to $25 million and then to $22.5 million in early 2023.
