Ambrose M. Bennett
The truth of the matter is that Ambrose M. Bennett was going to “speak like that,” as we would call it in our culture, and the truth is that the CNMI is now America's rival and even enemy, China. It seems that they are committed to the airspace over Japan, which is an ally of Japan. I see many adult students who were unable to master the history lessons they learned about China and Japan in world history class. But only time will tell how the story ends. I'll be the first to say, “I wish us (CNMI) success in this Chinese venture.” However, there are still some very serious questions that remain unanswered, and there are too many variables to predict the final outcome. First, how will the Chinese government respond to its citizens coming to the CNMI? As a reminder, the Chinese government has made it clear that they will not allow their citizens to come to the CNMI to gamble, and we are on the verge of introducing electronic gambling into all hotels. . Second, there is the highly uncertain and volatile geopolitical arena of U.S.-China relations, which can change literally at the drop of a hat. And the third and final thing is what is the strategy to achieve the complete return of the Japanese people, which is not even mentioned, but I think it is now China or bust (nothing new). I believe. As an economist, this saddens me because now the very foundations on which our tourism industry was established – our ally's Japanese market – are in jeopardy.
However, there is some hope that the Chinese government will not intervene and that younger generations of Japanese may be more receptive to interacting with Chinese people. However, with China's population exceeding 1 billion and 300 million people, there is great potential for the CNMI to have a very large Chinese tourism market. But even if this were achieved, history tells us that the Japanese will not come here in droves and mix with the Chinese, and that those who do not learn the lessons that history teaches us will make the same mistakes. It means that we are doomed to repeat it. ! We have to wait and hope for the best and prepare for the worst. That's why we need to develop new strategies to attract tourists from China and other regions, given the fact that MVA does not advertise in China.
Given that MVA and the business sector are committed to the CNMI in China but do not advertise in China because they cannot afford to open an office in China, this educational opportunity could be used to encourage MVA to “think outside.” I would like to suggest that you teach me how. -A box to improve and achieve your advertising goals. ” There is a saying that people often look for gold mines without realizing that they are standing on top of it, but if the government does not shut down the gold mines, it will be like what the MVA is doing to China. It might be the same thing. China has a population that could literally flood the city with Chinese tourists. What MVA needs to do is create a “social media tourism team” made up of Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and American people to improve marketing. A team of this nature is much cheaper and more effective than opening a single office just for China. Because the social media platforms combined are literally even more powerful and far-reaching than CNN.
In fact, advertising through social media has finally allowed the CNMI to start promoting the cannabis industry, which has never really taken off into a profitable state. That's because it costs the CNMI more than $200,000 a year to operate the industry. Congress also needs to get busy and fix some things so the cannabis tourism industry can have a real chance to grow and thrive. There is room for hope in China, but we (CNMI) cannot keep doing just one thing like EVS-TAP and hope that by not advertising in China everything else will fall into place. Are expected. Work to make sure everything was in place to work for people, otherwise it was all for nothing! Get busy, start promoting through social media, and pray that relations with China and Japan will somehow work out for the betterment of the Federation.
One People One Direction.
