After the woman received the money, she delivered it to Pastor Ezekiel, who called her lawyer and the police to get a statement about the money her son had given her.
“I called the police from Nairobi and they came and handed over all the money.”
The pastor said the woman had no stable source of income, adding that she had three children with intellectual disabilities who she was raising through her work as a “mama boga” (vegetable vendor).
“Nauzanga boga,” said the woman.

Ezekiel told the woman that the couple would give her 1 million lice if her lawyer cleared her of any wrongdoing.

“Once we are done with those people, my wife and I have decided to give you one million Kenyan shillings so that you can start your business,” the pastor announced.

The pastor praised the woman for her faithfulness and for not stealing money.
