“Location, location, location” is a phrase often used in the real estate industry, but it has never been more important for a vacation home.
Overlooking a picturesque golf course and less than 1 km from the beach, this Port Hughes property enjoys a prime location.
The resulting four-bedroom residence at 5 St. Andrews Drive offers a relaxing place to relax and enjoy the bounty of the coast.

Owners Lynn and John Trenwith built the facility in 2014 after designing it themselves.
At the time, Mr. Trenwith had extensive experience in real estate development, having worked as a project manager working with builders to build investment homes.
“In my experience with them, I worked with the builder and also looked for land for them,” she said.
“It became my real passion.
“But this was more personal.
“The most important thing for us was to capture the view and have plenty of privacy.”

This contemporary home is located on a lot of 681 square meters and has four bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The open kitchen, living and eating areas flow seamlessly through glass doors, and the outdoor entertainment area overlooking The Dunes Golf Course is the heart of the home.
Standout outdoor amenities include a built-in fire pit, a large BBQ space with roller shutters for secure storage, and five motorized blinds to ensure privacy in the outdoor area.

Other highlights of this home include a large walk-in pantry in the kitchen, a home theater, and a double garage.
Ms Trenwith said the property had served as a perfect holiday home for the whole family to gather together over the years, including her grandchildren.
“It definitely served as a great entertainment space and was great for entertainment,” she said.
Best of all, no more homes will be built on the south side of the property, where the outdoor area is, and it will always be private, Trenwith said.
The Trenwiths love the property, but have decided to sell it because they no longer use it as often as they used to.
It is being sold through an expression of interest campaign.
