The lucky new owners of this home are Brisbane locals.
Clayfield Drew Davis, director of Place Estate Agents, said he expected the property to attract all the attention.
“The owners have put a lot of love into this property and it was designed with the brief of a mid-century resort and brought that brief to life. There has been a lot of very genuine interest from buyers and the stunning design on top makes this property what it is.
Indulge in luxury at 31 Armor Street, Clayfield
“There is a lot of interest in ultra-luxury homes. This is the strongest prestige market I have seen in a decade. We are no longer looking to connect the perfect buyer with the perfect property. It doesn't mean that it is.
“My advice to buyers going to auction is to always start with a strong bid. That eliminates the competition.”

“When we get great sales at the high end of the market, it highlights where Brisbane is going and how much confidence people have in our market. Buyers put their money where their mouth is. I'm ready to put my money on the line.
