The Block host Scott Kamm has Derowen for sale. His 720ha Barrigan cattle farm sold for $3.1 million in midweek through First National Mudgee agent Peter Druitt.
The famous Vaucluse-based carpenter paid $1.35 million in 2016.
Cam is also selling a house in Gisborne, regional Victoria, which he renovated during last year's The Block season, with an estimate of $4.1 million to $4.3 million.
