Built to meet the world's leading standards and designed for the needs of the industrial internet, the super factory embodies high efficiency, intelligence, advanced technology and environmental sustainability.
The plant's extensive workshop structure exceeds the typical size of new energy vehicle factories, covering more than 2,700 acres, the equivalent of more than 200 soccer fields. The casting, welding and final assembly workshops convey a surprising sense of scale.
The factory also showcases its technological prowess with hundreds of robotic arms performing complex tasks, supported by 3,000 robots working in conjunction with more than 1,000 intelligent devices. A fleet of logistics robots moves efficiently through production lines with minimal human supervision.
“The level of automation in our production line sets a global benchmark,” said a Ceres representative. In particular, the factory has achieved over 50% automation in critical processes such as battery pack assembly, suspension and dashboard installation, exceeding industry standards.
Advanced automated testing technology at the factory ensures detailed quality control and traceability, underscoring our commitment to product excellence. Intelligent equipment and excellent inspection technology ensure the quality of each Ceres M9, contributing to it ranking in the top five in China's luxury car sales ranking in January.
The Seres M9, a high-end vehicle developed by Seres and Huawei, has attracted more than 40,000 pre-orders since its launch in December and is produced at the state-of-the-art Seres Super Factory.
