Love Island host Sophie Monk has listed her recently vacated Gold Coast riverfront investment property.
This five-bedroom, three-bathroom home sits on 4,020 square meters of Riverdowns Estate.
The Helensvale item quickly attracted buyer interest after being listed 10 days ago, with more than 3,100 views to date on realestate.com.au.

This fell short of the 42,477 page views of the most viewed property on realestate.com.au, which was Candy Shop Mansion, also in Helensvale, owned by businessman The Candy Man. It was published by Travers Beynon.
Monk's listing agents, brothers Steve and James Weir of Harcourt Coastal, have told potential buyers that they already have multiple offers.

They advised that this home would be popular with lifestyle buyers on $2 million lots. There is also talk that a conditional offer is already pending.
Monk, now based on the NSW Central Coast, paid $1.1 million for the house in 2016.
Mr Monk was born in London to British father Andrew and Australian mother Sandy, and moved to the Gold Coast in 1982 at the age of two, where he attended Helensvale Primary School.
The property had been rented for $1,200 a week for the past few years since she moved to Sydney.

The Love Island host owns a unit in Mermaid Beach, which she bought in 2003 for $165,000.
She has owned the 8,356sq m four-bedroom house, built in 2000, in Matcham, on the Central Coast hinterland, since 2020, having spent $2.3 million on it.
Monk spent 10 years in Los Angeles, where she lives with her husband, photographer Joshua Gross, before returning to Australia in 2015. The two met when he sat next to her on a plane.
