A largely renovated northern suburbs home was the territory's hottest property last week, attracting more views online than any other home in the Territory.
An elevated five-bedroom at 64 Allwright Street, Wanguri, was the most clicked-on Northern Territory property this week on realestate.com.au, according to PropTrack data.
Real Estate Central sales agent Daniel Harris said buyers were drawn to the long list of features that ticked many boxes on their wish list.
“This is a large high-rise residential building, partially renovated and with greater potential for added value, on a large and secure corner block of 1170 square meters,” he said.
“We have a pool and covered parking for cars, boats and other toys.
“It’s also in quite a few areas of the northern suburbs.”

Mr Harris said while many properties on the market offered location or traditional Darwin elevated housing, few had blocks large enough to add a dream shed with a garden. Ta.
“This property has the ability to do just that,” he said.

The kitchen features tiling, stone benchtops and modern appliances.
The bottom floor has a fourth bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a living space with access to the veranda, which can be used as a fifth bedroom.

There's also an outdoor kitchen area and plenty of covered space overlooking the in-ground pool.
“Plans have been approved to renovate the downstairs area to the same standard as the upstairs,” Mr Harris said.
Features a 4-car carport, garden shed, loft storage in the upstairs area and secure fencing.
“The home has a new roof, new split-system air conditioning, new wiring, new flooring and new appliances, but there is still potential for additional value,” Harris said.
