No wonder this house won an MBA award.
Stunning views of Tamarama Beach and coastline.
Designed by Andre Barouk, this home was built in 2013 and immediately won an MBA award, and is a stunning property with panoramic views of Tamarama Beach and the coastline.
The sellers, endodontist Alan Nerwich and his wife Regina, bought the old house on a 525 square meter lot in 1997 for $1.42 million and built a three-story building with a pool and spa. Rebuilt into a dream house.
The property comes after Kim Robinson, the wife of online gaming company Big Time Gaming's chief executive officer Nick Robinson, bought the property at 27 Thompson Street last year, which was previously mentioned as a potential sale for $25.5 million in 2021. It had been on the market for two months with an agent.
The house is built around a sandstone rock formation.
The backyard has a pool and spa.
Top spot for breakfast.
That was the current street record.
The hole in the ground at developer Marco Rosso's 21 Thompson Street, which sold for $13.25 million in June 2021, now has an asking price of $30 million, and the fact that there is still a hole in the ground is a potential sell-off. There is no doubt that it supported me.
