Homeowners are currently tracking a record 3 million Australian properties on realestate.com.au, representing almost 30% of homes nationwide.
According to REA Group data, property owner tracking is up 41% compared to a year ago.
Homeowners are also now visiting the property owner dashboard on realestate.com.au more frequently.
In October, 600,000 owners visited their personalized dashboard. This is an increase of 43% over the past year.
back side of realEstimate Australian homeowners will now connect to realestate.com.au when the service launches in early 2023.
Approximately 200,000 consumers became members of realestate.com.au in October alone.

Ms Cruikshank said owners who tracked their properties were more likely to become sellers sooner and seek financial advice.
“Underscoring the importance of tracking properties, on average 40 percent of properties are tracked by their owners before they are put on the market.”
Mr Cruikshank said the group's large ownership group gave estate agents access to a wide range of people at various stages of ownership and sale.
“The special features in the new Pro subscription are designed to help agents better leverage our loyal seller users,” she said.
“Owners are particularly interested in the work of local agents who can inform them of their options and help them find the best time to sell.”
