Cowboys hooker Reece Robson has had a busy few months buying and selling properties ahead of the birth of his first child with partner Ellie Carmichael.
Ms Robson, 25, recently unloaded a Belgian garden house for $400,000, just two months after her expectant father bought a family home in Townsville.

According to property records, Ms Robson bought a two-bedroom apartment on October 17, three months after she and her partner Ellie Carmichael announced they were expecting their first child, due on January 24. units were sold.
“Nursing our little love,” they captioned an online post that featured a photo of the couple on strands and Carmichael's belly starting to show.

Just six weeks after posting that, Robson bought a four-bedroom house in Townsville for $707,500.
Their new home has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, space for five cars, and sits on 1181 square meters, perfect for nesting.
The classic Queenslander has been given modern upgrades but retains its period features.
There is also a pool, large garden, shed and electric gate.

Reece Robson bought a house in Townsville in August.
But Robson's name is also up against another bizarre acquisition deep in Dolphins territory.
Public records show the star player also paid $748,000 for a four-bedroom house on a 471sqm block in Margate on the Redcliffe Peninsula in September.

The property is currently occupied by a tenant and was last listed for $600 a week.
Robson re-signed with the North Queensland Cowboys until 2025 in November last year despite attracting interest from the St George Illawarra Dragons, Brisbane Broncos, Canberra Raiders and Gold Coast Titans. tied.
It remains to be seen whether the Margate acquisition was simply a smart investment in Brisbane's tight rental market, or a forward-looking move.
