An unfinished house in Adelaide's foothills that appears to have been abandoned mid-construction has been sold for an astonishing price.
The Green Hill property at 93 Yarrabee Road sold for $775,000, just above Adelaide's median house price of $758,000, according to the latest Prop Track data.
This was an impressive result for a property whose interior was only partially completed, as CoreLogic data shows an estimated value of $635,000.

Selling agent Rachel Pavli of Fox Real Estate was unable to comment on the property as its sale is subject to the direction of the Public Trustee.
However, she said in the property listing that the property offers a “once-in-a-lifetime opportunity” as it is close to the city, Burnside Village and Stirling, and offers stunning views in a quiet rural setting.

The property also has a 4.8m x 4.6m carport with panel lift door.
Property records show it had been on the market for only two weeks before being captured.
Greenhills does not have a median home price because there are too few sales in the suburb to determine an exact number.
