APS Bomet FC are the champions of Division 1 League Zone 'B'.
The Law Enforcers will be playing in the National Super League next year. As of the end of the third division on Sunday, they had 60 points from 30 games.
They returned to the NSL last season a year after being relegated after failing to defend their honor in several matches.
During the 2021-2022 season, the Bomet-based team won the NSL and was promoted to the Kenya Premier League under the FKF Management Committee, but the reinvigorated FKF National Executive Committee decided to continue the season under the management committee. It was a terrible shock because he declared it invalid.
This means there was no promotion or relegation in the FKF league.
On Sunday, APS defeated Mofa 1-0 after Rooney Alwala's cross was converted by Ronald Chimwani.
They become the fifth team from the South Rift to play in the top two leagues, following Brooke Bond and Zoo Kericho.
Brooke Bond joined the league in 1999 after winning the Western Zone of the National Super League, but was relegated after just three years.
It was later disbanded due to the withdrawal of its sponsor, Brooke Bond Limited.
Zoo Kericho joined the top flight in 2017, but his stay was short-lived. They were demoted following a FIFA conviction for match manipulation.
The others are Siribwet Leong from Bomet and Mara Sugar from Narok County.
