of Art Omi: Architecture This residency program invites 10 young and mid-career architects from around the world to develop their work during a two-week residency on Art Omi's campus.

Residents will be selected in the following manner. Open and free application process Based on individual proposed projects and portfolios. Completed projects will be presented in an informal review environment at the end of the residency, and visitors will be invited to view the proceedings.

Applicants must personally submit and explain the project they would like to work on while attending Art Omi. Projects can be conceptual or practical, and can be ongoing or existing projects that need to be completed, or new design schemes that can be started and completed by the end of your residency. Projects do not have to be client-based or directed by the client. In all cases, a visual presentation and final deliverable is required. This may be in the form of drawings, models, collages, digital images, etc. You may not work on or begin a manuscript or essay while attending Art Omi.
Applications are open to architects from any region of the world who have been practicing professionally for at least the past five years since obtaining their professional license or MArch. US or international degree. Applications are accepted from practicing architects or young and mid-career architects in academia with a focus on teaching architectural design.
Space is extremely limited and a diverse, international group is sought, consistent with all Art Omi Residency programs and aligned with the mission of the Art Omi: Architecture program.
All applications completed in accordance with the submission requirements will be reviewed by a panel of distinguished experts. The jury includes practicing architects, academic architects, and architecture curators.
