Prior to joining Crowley, Mr. McHale was a Contracting Officer Representative at the Department of Logistics Agency (DLA). USTRANSCOM DFTS Contract In this capacity, he oversaw operations in support of defense agencies, military services, and other U.S. combat forces.
In addition, Mr. McHale led the implementation of globally integrated mobility activities, more diverse joint deployment and distribution operations, and supported the distribution of capabilities that sustain the joint force in all operations.
He also gained valuable professional military experience as a member of the U.S. Army Reserve and Pennsylvania Army National Guard deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan.
