“I’m from Philadelphia and I’m very sports-oriented and very competitive,” he said. “I use that competitive spirit to develop favorable pricing models that lead to new contract wins and allow us to better support our stockholders, the people of Altique, Alaska. And it makes you feel like you're part of something bigger and more important than the numbers.”

In 2024, Madison will complete the task of standardizing the pricing structure of all KGS subsidiaries. Each KGS entity has unique capabilities, and adjusting individual pricing models takes time and resources. By standardizing its pricing model, Madison realizes efficiencies and cost savings, ultimately allowing it to complete high-quality proposals faster.
Growth in the strategic pricing sector is a key objective for 2024. When Madison joined KGS, he was the first and only member of the pricing team. Since then, the company has added staff to meet growing demand. This expansion is significant because KGS saw a 35% increase in proposal submissions last year and expects further double-digit growth in the future.
