Namibia has a new president following the death of former president Hage Geingob.
New President Nangolo Mbumba, we will be former Vice-Presidents under the late President.
Former President Hage Geingob died early Sunday and will be treated at a hospital in the capital Windhoek.
Hours after his death, the new president, Nangolo Mbumba, takes the oath of office.
President N'Golo Mbumba will remain in office until elections are held later this year, hinting that he will not contest the next election due to his acceptance speech.
“Please don't panic because I'm not going to vote,” he said as he prepared for the ceremonial swearing-in in a rigorous preparation for the state Capitol 15 hours after the former president's death.

Meanwhile, Namibia also secured the first female vice president in Kontri's history, breaking the jinx with 72-year-old Netumbo Nnamdi Ndituwa.

According to the Namibian government website, the Namibian was born Nangolo Mbumba on August 15, 1941 in Olukonda, Oshikoto.
Mbumba graduated from Southern Connecticut State University in the United States in 1971 with a Bachelor of Science degree.
Two years later, in 1973, I graduated from the University of Connecticut with a master's degree in biology.
President Nangolo Mbumba Bin Don heads many of Namibia's ministries.
Some ministries were responsible for agriculture, water, and rural development from 1993 to 1996.
I was also the head of the Ministry of Finance from 1996 to 2003.
Mr Oga Nangolo was also the Secretary-General of the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting from 2003 to 2005 and the Secretary-General of the Ministry of Education from 2005 to 2010.
President Nangola also served as Director of Safety and Security from 2010 to 2012.
In 2012, I became SWAPO's Secretary General, a position I will hold until 2017.
