President William Ruto will today attend the closing session of the Africa Fertilizer and Soil Health Summit, along with other African Heads of State and Government.
The conference being held at KICC began on May 7th and continues to this day.
The conference has over 4,000 participants.
Ruto is scheduled to deliver a keynote speech during the event.
It is hoped that a 10-year action plan will be approved to provide concrete recommendations on the steps African leaders and stakeholders should take over the next 10 years.
Leaders are also expected to sign. Mechanism to finance the Nairobi Declaration, the Soil Initiative for Africa (SIA) and the Plan of Action (post-summit implementation process).

Today marks the second day of the impeachment trial of Agriculture Minister Mitika Lintuli.
The public hearing, which officially began on Wednesday, is scheduled to conclude on Friday.
Mr Machog visits Nairobi schools ahead of reopening
Education Cabinet Secretary Ezekiel Machog is scheduled to tour six schools in Nairobi County.
He will assess the situation ahead of the scheduled reopening of schools on Monday.
