The meeting was attended by 188,486,673 common shares representing 34.09% of Tamarack's 553,011,461 outstanding common shares.
The seven candidates listed in our management guide are as follows. March 22, 2024, shall be elected as a director of Tamarack and shall remain in such office until the next annual meeting of stockholders or until a successor is duly elected or appointed, unless earlier removed from such office pursuant to Tamarack's Articles of Incorporation or Articles of Incorporation.
