(“tamarack” or “Co., Ltd.“) is pleased to announce that all resolutions submitted for approval at the Annual General Meeting (“) have been submitted.meeting“), held May 8, 2024, was officially passed. The meeting was attended by 188,486,673 common shares representing 34.09% of Tamarack's 553,011,461 outstanding common shares.
The seven candidates listed in our management guide are as follows. March 22, 2024, shall be elected as a director of Tamarack and shall remain in such office until the next annual meeting of stockholders or until a successor is duly elected or appointed, unless earlier removed from such office pursuant to Tamarack's Articles of Incorporation or Articles of Incorporation.
