Wicks as a new member of its Board of Directors, effective April 24, 2024. Mr. Wicks brings more than 20 years of executive experience in the healthcare industry to Brightspring's Board of Directors, including his most recent role as Executive Vice President of Optum, Inc., part of UnitedHealth Group. He spent his nearly 20 years at UnitedHealth Group in several leadership positions, including overseeing the executive team of Optum Financial Services, Chief Financial Officer, Supply Chain Officer, and President and CEO of Optum. helped drive massive growth beyond expectations. Tim served as Chief Financial Officer and then Chief Operating Officer and President of Yellow Corporation, where he led sales, operations and finance for all business units and successfully restructured the company. Mr. Wicks currently serves on the board of MOBE, a private healthcare company. Previously, he served as a non-executive director on the boards of Precision Castparts Corporation, AeroJet Rocketdyne Holdings, and Pear Therapeutics.
