The property was between Steph's house in Carr Park and Gian's house in Stanmore.
The renovated Federation-style home with a modern addition was listed five weeks ago with a guide price of $1.7 million. The auction was held in early April through McGrath's agent, Trent Turvey, and the sale was made after private negotiations.

They then launched a homewares brand, a collection inspired by Japandi (Japanese and Scandinavian) aesthetics.
