Singer-songwriter, Australian Idol co-host and Nova FM presenter Rickie Lee Coulter and husband Richard Harrison recently announced their arrival on the edge of Sydney's CBD. .
They didn't buy after selling their longtime Avalon Beach home for $2.485 billion, instead opting for luxury rentals.
They live in a spacious three-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment on College Street overlooking Hyde Park, St. Mary's Cathedral and the harbour. This apartment was last sold in 2013 for $4.48 million. The apartment was on the market for $4,000 a week.

The building is in the same building where singer Delta Goodrem paid $4.825 million for a two-bedroom apartment in late 2018, where she briefly appeared on Season 3 of Luxe Listings Sydney. I tried to replace it.
According to PropTrack, the average price for a three-bedroom in Sydney CBD is $3.4 million.
Common facilities at the 87-unit complex include wine storage, a 20-meter lap pool, gym, spa, sauna, steam room, and 24-hour concierge.
Coulter recently shared a photo on Instagram of herself reclining on a custom-built sofa, revealing the interior of her apartment.

She has been told she will spend two weeks on the sofa as ratings for the afternoon drive show she co-hosts with Joel Creasy and Tim Blackwell plummet. Mr Coulter officially succeeded Kate Ritchie in March last year.
With a 9.7 per cent share in the first survey in 2024, it ranked third in Sydney's most listened to Drive line-up behind smoothfm and KIIS FM.
“It's officially a holiday! If anyone needs me, I'll be here for the next two weeks… snuggled up on the comfiest couch in the history of the world!” Coulter wrote to her 329,000 Instagram followers. captioned the photo.

“I haven't been home much these past few months, so I haven't been able to enjoy myself much, but now that Idol is over and my album has been released, I can relax.”
But she added that there are rules to sitting on it.
“No red wine, Doritos, avocados, or dinner,” Coulter advised.
Crafted Furniture, founded in 2015 by Paul Duque and Rahul Raja, made the sofa, she said.
“Home is really where I go to switch off and relax, and a lot of people say the heart of the home is the kitchen, but for me it's the couch,” she said in the video. “I'm a real couch potato. It's the most important piece of furniture in my eyes.
“I built a U-shaped sofa. It has two ottomans, and you can push them both into the middle to create a giant bed.”
The couple first visited her home in Bondi around 2010, a year after they met.
